ABOUT THE JOB

As the production manager, you will shape the leadership culture at Zeit für Brot and ensure smooth implementation of all processes in your region.

But most importantly, your role will be to convey the values and goals of Zeit für Brot to your teams, support them, and inspire them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the organizational management of the southern German bakeries
Ensuring smooth production processes and consistently high quality
Planning efficient staffing and deployment of personnel
Responsible for employee development and performance reviews
Meeting key performance indicators and implementing measures to improve production volume, effectiveness, and efficiency
Collaborating with production management to develop and implement innovative products
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and occupational safety measures, as well as organic certification requirements
Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed apprenticeship as a baker with a master baker's certificate
Passion for a new baking tradition that combines authentic craftsmanship and sustainability
Experience in managing and developing a larger team
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire employees
Knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
Strong organizational skills
High quality awareness with a focus on cost control
Strong sense of responsibility and handson mentality
