- Completed commercial training and professional experience in sales in the energy industry
- Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP-CRM and SAP-ISU

You will be responsible for:
- You will handle telephone and written contact with end customers. This includes contacting customers to schedule onsite appointments, followup on leads, clarify inquiries, and followup on offers.
- You will receive and process customer inquiries, ideally bringing them to a conclusion, and if necessary, working together with the complaint team.
- You will be the contact person for colleagues in the field for all contractspecific customer concerns.
- You will maintain customer master data in CRM and project data from sales planning in ePilot (e.g. system planning in PV Sol).
