Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP-CRM and SAP-ISU

You will be responsible for:

You will handle telephone and written contact with end customers. This includes contacting customers to schedule onsite appointments, followup on leads, clarify inquiries, and followup on offers.
You will receive and process customer inquiries, ideally bringing them to a conclusion, and if necessary, working together with the complaint team.
You will be the contact person for colleagues in the field for all contractspecific customer concerns.
You will maintain customer master data in CRM and project data from sales planning in ePilot (e.g. system planning in PV Sol).
