Your role:

Successful campaigns:

You are responsible for the recruiting campaigns of our end customers and ensure that the performance is on point.

You guide customers from setup to long-term success measurement.

Data:

You use data and dashboards to get the most out of campaigns - and as a basis for communication with customers.

Relationship building:

You organize yourself through our CRM to build long-term customer relationships - always keeping an eye on customer health.

You help our customers use products more efficiently and identify upsell opportunities.

First point of contact:
You are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to performance channels. Through (video) calls or emails, you support companies along the entire customer journey with their successful recruiting campaign.

Cross-functional work: You work closely with colleagues from customer success, marketing, partner management, and sales. As a growth team, you work together to continuously grow our customer base.

Your profile:
In the B2B software environment (SaaS), you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g. campaign management, customer consulting, performance or online marketing, customer success, key account).
