Your Responsibilities:


  • Personnel planning (shift schedule, vacation schedule) and coordination of warehouse staff
  • Supervision and training of warehouse staff
  • Creation of training materials and documentation
  • Technical support for apprentices in the relevant field
  • Point of contact for other departments
  • Organization and management of production supply processes
  • Examination of warehouse capacities and potential outsourcing
  • Disposition of standard packaging in the external warehouse
  • Assistance with tasks related to production supply
  • Responsible for quality, order, and cleanliness in the designated area
  • Optimization of process flows for production supply (internal & external)
  • Conducting inventories

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience or initial leadership experience in the warehouse field
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Excellent teamoriented work style and social skills
  • Commitment, flexibility, and determination
  • High level of independence
  • Efficient and timely work
