Your Team

As part of the laboratory team in the "R&D Synthesis" department, you will research solutions for products that you encounter in your daily life.

Together with your colleagues, you will develop customized additives such as defoamers, rheology modifiers, or dispersants for various applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent execution and documentation of experiments in the synthesis laboratory
  • Analysis of experimental products using modern methods and equipment and evaluation of results
  • Active participation in problemsolving and optimization of products and processes in close collaboration with the analytics and production departments
  • Close exchange and collaboration with the team and laboratory management to develop exceptional solutions together
Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or a comparable scientific education
  • First professional experience in a chemical laboratory, ideally in the field of synthesis
  • Proactive work style and ability to independently develop solutions and test them in experiments
  • Strong communication skills to document your results effectively (English)
  • Very good German skills for collaboration with your
