For our DIAKONIEWERKSTÄTTEN Rhein-Neckar for people with disabilities,
Werkstatt Neckarau, we are looking for a
Group Leader (m/f/d) to start immediately.


Full-time (39.0/39.0 hours/week)

Fixed-term contract for one year according to TzBfG

Requirements:


  • Completed threeyear vocational training
  • At least three years of professional experience in a technical or manual field (preferably in electrical or metal work)
  • Completed special education training or willingness to acquire it while working
  • Willingness to work with people with disabilities and ability to guide them in their assigned tasks
  • Ability to design work processes in an economical and ergonomic manner
  • Good computer skills
