- 1 Part-time position (18 hours or less); flexibility required to work until 8pm on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Handle referrals and guest check-ins following established procedures.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is necessary.
- Work with partner agencies to connect guests with essential services.
- Provide education on hygiene and COVID-19 prevention measures.
- Ensure a safe environment on site.
- Assist guests in resolving social challenges.
- Accurately track individual progress through data entry.
- Assist with site transitions and other assigned duties.
- Preferably experience in customer service, hospitality, or relevant field.
- Prior experience with high-risk populations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local resources for low-income individuals.
- Ability to work with empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.

- Reliable transportation and flexibility with work hours.
