    Financial Aid Assistant (Work Study/Part-Time) About the Organization Mars Hill University is a private, four-year liberal arts institution located in the mountains of western North Carolina.

    Founded in 1856 by Baptist families of the region, it is the oldest institution of higher learning in western North Carolina on its original site.

    Description


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Occasional lifting , standing, bending

    TIME REQUIREMENTS:

    • 8 hours a week between the hours of 8-5.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Greet visitors to the Financial Aid Office
    • Route Visitors and phone calls to appropriate member of Financial Aid staff
    • Filing
    • Mailing
    • Purge Files as directed to comply with federal and state policies
    • Prepare packets for Financial Aid Award Letters
    • Shredding
    • Other Duties as Assigned
