The Brandenburg State Agency for Real Estate and Construction (BLB) is the central partner for the state administration of Brandenburg in the areas of real estate, building and construction management.

For the Facility Management department, South-East service area, we are currently looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d) for Building Maintenance

(unlimited)


Your tasks include:

  • You are responsible for planning and implementing renovations and repairs of buildings as part of building maintenance.
  • You provide advice to users on buildingrelated matters, assess costs and timelines for change requests, prepare and conduct acceptance procedures.
  • You are responsible for cost, timeline and quality control, as well as monitoring, reviewing and carrying out specialist planning and construction services in accordance with HOAI phases 1
  • You develop requirements for investment measures and coordinate and manage freelance engineers.
