Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the construction site in terms of schedule and quality
  • You will be the main point of contact for subcontractors and clients
  • You will be responsible for coordinating, ensuring quality, and accepting completed work
  • You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements from specifications and construction plans
  • You will actively and positively participate in subcontractor selection

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a technical degree
  • You have several years of experience in construction management for turnkey projects
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
