Your responsibilities

Take responsibility: Take responsibility for IT service management in the first/second level area for cloud service delivery
Drive progress: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; participate in the implementation of new topics and processes
Tackle tasks: Monitor contract and SLA responsibilities
Implement precisely: Complete and maintain documentation for cloud topics
Live cooperation: Collaborate with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as with our service providers to ensure contract compliance and optimal service delivery

Your profile

Education: Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable education (e.g. IT specialist with several years of practical experience)
Experience: Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL; knowledge in the cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure) desirable; familiarity with business workflow processes
Languages: Very good German skills (B2) and good English skills (B1)
