Saxon Clerk of Sales Support (m/f/d) - Part-time possible
Tasks
- Preparation of offers and order confirmations
- Coordination of sales planning, coordination with production planning
- Close coordination with field sales
- Creation of sales orders in the ERP system (ProAlpha)
- Invoicing
- Support of the Managing Director Sales
- Clarification of order details with the customer
- Maintenance of social media profiles
- Creation of sales presentations
- Thorough and reliable work ethic, high degree of independence
- High level of commitment, teamwork, and customer orientation
- Commercial education or equivalent
- Fluent in Saxon, English, French, or Danish is advantageous
- Experience in vehicle construction, particularly with body manufacturers, is advantageous
- Interest in technical products
- ProAlpha experience is advantageous
