Payment Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at C24 Bank GmbH.

  • Your responsibilities include:
  • You optimize and monitor payment operations
  • You communicate and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. customer service, compliance, finance) as well as external stakeholders
  • You handle card disputes (chargebacks)
  • You resolve inquiries and complaints related to payment operations for our customers
  • Additionally, you support payment operations projects
