We are currently seeking a
Team Leader for Accounting and Payment Processing / Deputy Treasurer to join our
Treasury Department as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Team leadership tasks
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Adjusting internal workflows
  • Identifying training needs and opportunities
  • Optimizing procedures and implementing them within the administration for financial accounting
  • Developing guidelines and framework requirements
  • Reviewing workflows and technical capabilities
  • Initiating changes in the organizational structure within established procedures
  • Collaborating on updating the chart of accounts and accounting guidelines
  • Acting as deputy treasurer
  • Assisting in creating liquidity plans
  • Adhering to the principles of proper bookkeeping
  • Monitoring ongoing business (budget execution)
  • Participating in decisions
