Your future responsibilities:

Tenant support in residential or commercial properties with the following tasks:

  • Carrying out repairs and minor maintenance work
  • Conducting and documenting inspections
  • Operating technical systems
  • Carrying out necessary spatial conversions
  • Furnishing rooms with furniture, technology and other materials
  • Supporting the supervision and performance monitoring of external companies
  • Creating documentation and reports, if necessary transferring them to IT systems

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a trade
  • Professional experience as a caretaker, building technician
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Independent, careful and proactive work style
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Driver's license class B required
  • Willingness to participate in oncall services/emergency deployments
  • Clean criminal record
