Description

We are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in the field of construction and architecture for our client at the location in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein.

What to expect as a project manager (m/f/d) at Camrose Colony:

Organizing and managing construction and modernization measures, as well as architectural offices
Coordinating the various project participants
Assigning and reviewing services and trades
Monitoring project progress and taking action in case of deviations
Managing the budget and controlling and approving invoices
Finding new contract companies

What you bring as a project manager (m/f/d) at Camrose Colony:

Completed training as a civil engineer (m/f/d), architect (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Experience in project management and handling of HOAI and VOB applications
Knowledge of AVA programs and MS Office
Analytical skills and structured way of working
Communication skills and teamwork
Good German and English skills
