    The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This is an on-site position in East Hampton, NY.

    Executive Administrative Assistant

    Provide administrative support including reception, supplies/equipment and providing daily office operations to the East Hampton office, backup support to Hauppauge and Riverhead, NY locations. Provide support to the Executive Director in calendar management, general correspondence, Board/Committee meeting scheduling and minutes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma plus three years of office management or administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the functions of the position. Previous team leader experience is a plus for this role.

    Required capabilities:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills and technical capabilities
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite
    • Strong organization, multi-tasking, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
    • Must have a valid New York State Driver's License in good standing
