- NYS insurance brokers license preferred.
- Request, follow-up, and process policy endorsements. Verifies that documentation (policies and endorsements,) and the information requested are accurate.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance.
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers.
- Issue vehicle I.D. cards.
- Assist Account Executives with client servicing.
- Document management system via email, attachments, documents, correspondence. Applied EPIC experience a plus.
- Request loss runs.
- Order Motor Vehicle Reports.
