  • The dual study program Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration lasts 4.5 years and includes a business administration degree with simultaneous training as an industrial clerk (with IHK certification)
  • In the 1st year of training, you will go through our various departments such as finance, sales, order center, purchasing, after-sales, and human resources, getting to know HIGHVOLT in Dresden better
  • You will also spend a few weeks at our parent company in Regensburg, getting to know different departments
  • Starting in the 2nd year of training, you will begin your university studies at OTH Regensburg in October, with a standard study period of 3.5 years or 7 semesters. The 4th semester includes a practical semester, which you can also complete as a semester abroad at one of our subsidiaries if interested. You will complete the 7th semester with a bachelor's thesis, preferably in the field of finance/cont
