Your tasks

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for a 3-month voluntary internship or for up to 6 months as part of a mandatory internship in the field of human resources at Vergölst GmbH starting in September 2024.

There is also the possibility to combine a mandatory internship with a voluntary internship. If the place of residence is not near the location, the work can also be done completely remotely after picking up the necessary work materials.

Your tasks:
  • Assistance in the demanding and varied daily business operations
  • Active support and implementation of recruiting processes
  • Active support in organizational and administrative tasks in the human resources department
  • Preparation and follow-up of workshops and other events
  • Independent research on various topics in the HR field
  • Processing of own HR-related projects and sub-projects

Your profile
  • Students of social sciences, economics, law, psychology or a comparable field of study with a focus on HR
  • Ideally, first practical experience in the HR field
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English in spoken and written form
