Technical Manager (m/f/d) Heating, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems

What you'll do:

As a Technical Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance, analysis, and optimization of all heating, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

This role includes fulfilling and meeting the obligations of the operator while considering the operator's responsibility, as well as operating the systems according to legal, economic, customer-specific, and location-specific requirements.

Other responsibilities include ensuring and monitoring maintenance, inspections, and repairs, as well as managing and controlling external service providers.

You will also provide advice to our customers and our construction department on project implementation and energy measures.
