- Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Work closely with teams to understand business needs and document requirements to develop new capabilities to help colleagues be more efficient. Partner with technical stakeholders to elicit and capture technical requirements. Complete system analysis where necessary and analyze feasibility and risks; identify system specifications that need modifications. Review requirements with development teams, including off-shore and remote team members.
- Data Analysis: Leverage existing data resources to complete analysis supporting decision making for new or enhanced features. As part of requirement documentation, capture data and reporting needs for future analysis.
- Test Preparation and Execution: Develops and utilizes test plans, as well as performs system and report training as required. Outlines feature launch plan
- Documentation and Training: Support business user adoption and system usage by creating thorough documentation and user training
- Specialized experience with 6-10 years experience in same or related field.
- Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Technical discipline preferred (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- Demonstrated skill in providing data management & network development/management support.
- Possess strong understanding of web, mobile, and digital marketing technologies.
- Possess project management and organizational skills.
