Your responsibilities:

  • You define and develop the communication and marketing strategy of our company using modern marketing tools, especially online marketing and social media.
  • You create innovative communication concepts and creative campaigns.
  • You write texts for marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, data sheets, product information, and presentations.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining business relationships.
  • You conduct research and derive targeted marketing measures.
  • You organize trade fairs and company events.
  • You support the management in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in communication or business studies or comparable education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning and implementing PR & marketing strategies and campaigns with successful evidence.
  • Basic experience in online performance marketing (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting; taking responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Ability to prioritize and strategically classify all activities.
  • Handson experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for complex products.
  • Proficient in MS Office, online marketing tools, and Adobe CC.
  • Effective communication skills in English and German.
  • Confident and friendly demeanor, resilience, flexibility, structured and teamoriented work.
