Training - Welcome to the Fripa Team

As a paper technologist, you will produce hygiene papers on our team using the most modern paper machines.

At the beginning of your training, you will receive a comprehensive basic training in our workshops in the mechanical and electrical fields. You will go through various areas of a paper factory such as incoming goods, quality assurance, and gain knowledge about the production processes and processing of our products. The core of the training is the paper production process.

In addition to our trainers, our tutors will accompany you throughout your entire training period and provide you with advice and support.

The training period is 3 years.

The theoretical training takes place in block lessons at the Papiermacherschule in Gernsbach (Baden-Württemberg).
