YOUR JOB WITH US - AS DIVERSE AS YOU ARE:

As a Junior Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of the recruiting team in our central HR department.
You will conduct interviews independently, either online or in person, with candidates and organize trial work days in our stores.
You ensure fast and reliable communication with candidates and act as a link to our stores even beyond the application process.
You participate in career and recruiting events.
You develop a sense for current recruiting trends and evaluate their relevance for our company.
You support in planning and implementing projects in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, and employee satisfaction.
You use active and targeted candidate outreach through social media and career networks (such as Xing and LinkedIn).
You develop smaller marketing materials for the recruiting department, such as applicant flyers, postcards, and posters.
You support in the execution of other recruiting projects, such as university marketing, onboarding events, career fairs including planning and preparation, and you are not afraid to familiarize yourself with completely new HR projects.
