For our Catholic kindergarten St.

Josef with 5 groups, we are looking for a qualified pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) according to - 7 KiTaG (Childcare Act) to join our team as a kindergarten director in a job-sharing arrangement at 50% (S 14) or as a sole director at 100% (S 15) starting on September 1st.

Your responsibilities:

Observing and lovingly supporting the children and their development
Respecting the individuality, right to selfdetermination, and participation of the children
Working in a team to provide the children with a valuable start into the future
Managing the facility
Personnel management and development
Coordinating and implementing the pedagogical work in the facility
Collaborating with legal guardians
Organizing and managing the facility
Working with the sponsor
Participating in quality management
Developing the facility further
