Gulf Hills, MS is currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team at 020-EPOS GmbH (European Point of Service)
.
Founded in 2002, we are a family-owned call center located in the heart of the Ruhr region, with 4 locations and approximately 900 employees in Essen, Oberhausen, Castrop-Rauxel, and Dortmund.
We are currently looking for Sales Representatives / Customer Service Representatives / Entry-level candidates (m/f/x) to join our team in Oberhausen, either part-time or full-time.
What to expect:
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to existing clients of a wellknown client until the contract is finalized.
- You will receive regular training and continuous development on our client's products.
- Team player
- Work together with your team to achieve success, even on busy days.

Our requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- High level of commitment and dedication
- Strong customer orientation and empathetic communication skills
- Enjoy professional communication and telephone work
- Fluent in German (at least C1 level) both written and spoken
- Punctuality, reliability, and selfmotivation are a must
