Description

Responsibilities:


This positions schedule is Friday - Sunday 7pm -7am. The first 4 weeks will require you to work 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday for training.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in Helpdesk is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 36
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
  • Experience with DNS and DHCP
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, Azure, or Microsoft related
  • High level of knowledge in bug fixes, software/hardware updates, network, and server administration
  • Multifactor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS is a plus
  • Reimaging experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
