Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to clarify requirements for support, eShop integration, EDI & OCI, and 3D printing
Serve as the technical point of contact for sales in regards to the above topics
Conduct training sessions for customers and Krones employees, including creating presentations, training materials, and process documentation
Prepare contractual rules and provide KPI reporting
Actively participate in defining use cases and optimizing processes
Contribute to the implementation and expansion of new business models, such as service level agreements
Describe requirements and prepare specifications
Deliver customer presentations

Your qualifications:

Strong background in commercial vocational training, with additional relevant training or completed commercial or technical studies
Extensive experience in sales is required
Knowledge of developing and implementing new sales channels in a digital environment
Deep understanding of digital strategies and processes
Structured, resultsdriven, and successoriented work style
Outgoing and teamoriented attitude
Fluent in written and spoken business
