Nursing Service Manager
(m/f/d) for the next available start date.

Your responsibilities:

You will lead the area of highhour care in line with the needs of our employees and clients
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting nursing visits, staff and team meetings, as well as family discussions
You will be the point of contact for our approximately 20 employees in highhour care from Eastern Europe
You will take on the responsibility for managing and organizing outpatient care, taking into account business requirements
Motivating, supporting, and developing employees
