    Description

    Cash Analyst

    Job Description:

    We're adding to our diverse team of experts and are looking to hire those who are committed to building a culture that enables the creation of innovative solutions for our business units and clients.

    Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate all incoming receipts from Treasury Services and maintain excel spreadsheet to ensure all receipts are properly identified.
  • Record, identify, and distribute electronic cash receipts for Reinsurance Accounting.
  • Apply daily cash receipts and disbursements for assigned book of business.
  • Confirm changes to client's banking information and start workflow
  • Resolve all cash and account discrepancies through research and communication with the accounting units and all internal/external clients including all domestic and international branch offices.
  • Perform billings/collections of the monthly premiums for Treaty Installments and Facultative Certificates
  • Assist in the preparation of special projects, monthly analyses, etc.
  • Meet all cash closing schedules on a timely basis.

    • Qualifications:

    Successful candidates will possess the following experience, skills, and capabilities:

  • Associate Degree (Accounting or Business degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of insurance accounting experience.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
