Description

What we are looking for:

  • You have completed training as a state-recognized educator (or an equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist) and have additional qualifications as a specialist or a degree in a related field (e.g. social pedagogy).
  • You have previous experience as a deputy daycare center manager or in a leadership position in the educational field.
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with software programs (such as LucaNet, d.vinci, Haufe Zeugnismanager, Famly).
  • Your values are characterized by tolerance and openness.
  • You communicate your expectations clearly and transparently to your employees and use supervision or conflict management methods when faced with challenges.
  • You are able to maintain the motivation of your employees through a participatory, cooperative, and appreciative leadership style.
