Responsibilities:

  • Support and represent the sales manager in planning, controlling, monitoring, and executing projects
  • Communication with customers and construction site participants
  • Preparation of analyses and results
  • Active customer consultation
  • Support of construction managers in commercial tasks
  • Compilation of documentation materials
  • General administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience ideally in the construction or real estate industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Technical understanding is an advantage
  • Very conscientious and reliable work ethic with high selfinitiative
  • Strong customeroriented mindset
  • Good team player with proven organizational and communication skills
  • Effective and structured work approach
  • Able to handle high workloads
