The Historical Seminar of the Department of Culture and Social Sciences is seeking a scientific employee (m/f/d) in the field of History Didactics at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

  • Participation in research and teaching in the field of History Didactics (6.5 hours per week)
  • Collaboration on the tasks of the professorship and the department
  • Opportunity for a doctorate in the field of History Didactics or Historical Memory Culture outside of working hours

Requirements:

  • Aboveaverage degree in History (M.Ed., M.A. or state examination)
  • Excellent knowledge of German

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in quantitative or qualitative empirical research
  • Interest in historical and didactic research, historical migration research
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of digitalization in teaching and learning research
  • Experience in proofreading
  • Experience in organizing conferences and workshops
  • Teamwork skills
