Our partner is one of the world's leading manufacturers of board panels for cockpits.

These panels are made of plexiglass and are equipped with circuit boards and electronics, designed with various designs and lighting modes, and produced in our manufacturing facility.

For over 50 years, our company has been developing high-quality products in line with the concepts of aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineer responsible for the production and processes of our products
  • Coordinate with 7 development engineers in the areas of electronics, mechanics, and optics
  • Manage projects related to design, changes, and documentation
  • Conduct risk management and validate technical design decisions
  • Monitor department budget, timelines, and quality
  • Collaborate and consult with customers' developers for overall cockpit concepts
  • Work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and quality control departments

Qualifications:

  • Enjoyment and ability to lead and manage teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge in optics, lighting technology, and precision mechanics is a plus
  • Experience in developing custommade products is desirable
  • Ability to assess feasibility, calculate costs, and plan materials
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a development environment
  • Handson, strong planning skills, and good judgment are desirable
  • High attention to quality and a businessoriented mindset are desirable
  • Passion for team dynamics and team culture is desirable
  • Completed technical degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar qualifications
