This position is to be filled with 20 to 30 hours per week and is limited to 12 months as a parental leave replacement.

Your role

  • You support the quality management team in customerrelated inquiries using the service ticket system
  • You organize QMrelated tasks this includes tracking requests, for example
  • You take care of pre and postpreparation of GMP and hygiene inspections and accompany them
  • You ensure the implementation of resulting measures and take care of internal communication before and after the inspections

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree or training in the field of nutrition science/ process engineering/ food technology/ food chemistry or similar
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of HACCP and quality management (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
  • You are experienced in handling customer inquiries
  • You have gained experience in internal
