Head of Accounting and Finance for Neuhaus Plant (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the accounting and finance department at the Neuhaus location
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to HGB
  • Participation in the preparation of the subgroup financial statements
  • Responsibility for liquidity management at the location
  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Coordination and implementation of budget and planning processes
  • Contact person for tax consultants, auditors, banks, authorities, and insurance companies
  • Design and optimization of internal processes and procedures

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a certified accountant
  • Several years of experience in preparing annual financial statements and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and LucaNet desirable
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with analytical skills and implementation strength
