Exciting tasks:

  • In the field of commercial proposal creation, you are responsible for contract terms, pricing, and risk assessment, and develop standards for contracts, proposals, and nondisclosure agreements.
  • In close collaboration with our sales team and, if necessary, with the support of our external lawyers, you negotiate and draft projectspecific supply contracts in German and English.
  • You review, comment on, and negotiate projectrelated specifications and coordinate legal, tax, financing, and insurance matters.
  • You handle and manage commercial agency agreements as well as commission calculations.
  • Your business management tasks also include risk management and processing of bank guarantees and letters of credit.
