Support our business areas in all strategic HR topics such as personnel marketing, personnel controlling, personnel management, and the implementation of strategic recruiting goals, together with your team from the Human Relations department.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a (m/f/d) personnel marketing employee, you will have a completed degree in business administration, communication sciences, personnel, marketing, or similar.
  • You have professional experience in personnel marketing, talent relationship management (ideally with PeoplePath or a similar software), community management, online marketing, and/or employer branding.
  • You work independently, have a success and solutionoriented approach, and convince with your entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking.
  • You are highly motivated, willing to learn and perform, and ready to engage in new areas.
  • You can set priorities, are assertive, have a confident demeanor, and good time management skills.
