For our internationally active client in the industrial park of Walsrode in Bomlitz, we are currently seeking a full-time Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities in the synthesis laboratory team include:

  • Preparation, practical execution, evaluation and documentation of laboratory experiments
  • Synthesis of anionic, cationic or nonionic polysaccharide derivatives, as well as their characterization and physical posttreatment
  • Development and optimization of synthesis processes
  • Conducting and developing or optimizing application tests
  • Rheological characterization of test products using oscillation and shear experiments, and their evaluation
  • Physical posttreatment of cellulose derivatives, such as agglomeration, drying, grinding and additive treatment using mills, dryers and mixers
  • Evaluation and electronic documentation of experiments using office programs and LIMS systems, including the application of statistical methods and graphical representation of test results
  • Assessment of the reliability of equipment, measurement results and interpretation of results through calibration and maintenance of test equipment
  • Independent drafting of test procedures, work instructions and reports

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician and have gained professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Your work style is characterized by communication skills, teamwork and dedication.
