Responsibilities:
This is a regional position with direct influence on our European business.

The Legal & Commercial Counsel works closely with the Regional Commercial Director and consults with our external lawyer when necessary.


  • Overseeing and monitoring legal and operational processes in our European offices, as well as providing legal, commercial, and operational support to the Regional Commercial Director for projects
  • Advising senior engineers on risks related to contracts, bids, and agreements
  • Monitoring contract negotiations and closures, intervening and resolving conflicts if necessary
  • Providing advice on general legal matters related to business operations and documentation, such as employment matters, company policies, etc.
  • Advising management on legal requirements and compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Assisting with the resolution of legal disputes and regulatory matters as needed, potentially with the help of external advisors
  • Providing a legal and commercial overview of current projects in Europe
  • Providing legal and commercial advice to the Europe Management Team
