We, PTV Transport Consult GmbH, are conducting passenger surveys and counts on behalf of Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr (RNV) GmbH in trams and buses until November 30, 2023.


Responsibilities:

  • Counting passengers on RNV vehicles
  • Conducting surveys with passengers during their journey regarding their route and ticket
  • Recording data using a smartphone provided by us
  • Uploading the collected data to our servers at the end of each shift
  • Regularly providing your availability so we can assign you a suitable shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficient in using smartphones
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Friendly and approachable towards passengers
  • Independent and diligent work ethic
  • Wellgroomed and confident appearance
  • Reliability and punctuality
