Responsibilities:

  • Project management for ventilation technology at the Walkerville, MI location or the office in Dreieich
  • Preparation of orders including plan processing, system and component design
  • Monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs during project execution
  • Preparation of measurements and billing, acceptance and handover to the customer
  • Participation in acquisition and proposal creation, including consulting and development of individual technical solutions for our clients
  • Coordination across trades within the team/HVAC
Professional responsibility for the project team


Qualifications:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Holds a Bachelor's/Technician degree or is a certified master
  • Has knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures)
  • Is proficient in MS Office
  • Is customeroriented
  • Acts independently, responsibly and solutionoriented
  • Is flexible and has experience as a project manager
