Your tasks as a Receptionist (m/f/d) include:

  • Preparation of group arrivals
  • Various administrative tasks: closing, billing, transfers
  • Preparation of offers and correspondence
  • Responsibility for smooth processing of checkins, checkouts, guest care, phone calls, etc.
  • Checkin and checkout of guests
  • Professional and warm reception of patients and guests
  • Responsibility for daily operations at the reception
  • Strong service orientation, organizational skills, and positive handling of stressful situations
  • Proficient use of common MS Office products
