Your responsibilities:

Recruiting of applicants
Posting and updating job advertisements
Reviewing application documents
Intensive support for applicants and external employees
Conducting job interviews
Creating meaningful job profiles
Close collaboration with the customer advisor at the location
Contract creation, including negotiation of contract terms
Order creation and maintenance
Participation in job fairs
Participation in client interviews and meetings

Your profile:

Enjoy working with people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in temporary staffing or recruitment preferred
Knowledge of various job fields and their respective requirements, or willingness to learn
Persuasiveness and team spirit
Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or a degree in business administration
Driver's license class B
