Team Leader Deposition (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You lead the "Deposition" team in the frontend area both technically and disciplinarily
You develop processes within the team in terms of methodologies, decision templates, and qualifications
You accompany the specification and commissioning of process systems in the frontend technology area, with a focus on vacuum evaporation
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards during equipment repairs or modifications
You regularly organize and lead crossteam meetings
You engage in technical discussions with external suppliers and development partners

Your profile:

After successfully completing your natural science studies or a comparable degree, you have gained some years of experience in an industrial environment and in project management
You are experienced in leading a small team both technically and disciplinarily
Ideally, you have experience with rolltoroll technologies and knowledge of vacuum deposition processes in the
