As a Key User Sales & Projects Digitalization Management (M/F/d), you will support the Sales and Project Management departments in their digital transformation, synchronization, and continuous improvement of business processes and related systems.

You will act as the subject matter expert for colleagues at the Dresden location, with potential for expansion to the entire company.

You will also design and establish processes for commercial document handling in communication with our customers.

You are familiar with the digital world, especially in sales, and enjoy advising and supporting colleagues and customers in utilizing new opportunities.

Taking Responsibility Together:

Supporting and enabling managers, employees, and external business partners in using digital applications in the sales and project management environment
Reviewing and systematically updating (master) data, authorizations, and documentation in or for CRM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, B2B portals such as SAP Ariba/Business Network, and esignature solutions
Participating in the migration of sales and project managementrelated data to SAP S/4HANA
Contributing to the continuous adaptation of processes, systems, and related documentation to internal and external requirements
