Responsibilities

Coordinate incoming RFP opportunities and send to PEO partners to market.
Ensure RFP submissions from brokers are complete and make outreach calls to brokers to obtain missing data.
Track and follow up on all active proposals with Sales Teams, PEO partners, Broker partners and clients or prospects when necessary.
File all RFP opportunities and input onto internal tracking log, Smartsheet.
Organize carrier marketing results by preparing a presentationready sidebyside comparison for final review while meeting strict deadlines for spreadsheeting requests.
Assist marketing team with Savoy sponsored PEOfocused seminars, panel discussions, webinars,
Provide consistent communication between PEO partner and broker to reach the end goal of receiving a timely approval.
Maintain an updated overview of the capabilities of each of Savoy's PEO partners.
Other assignments or responsibilities as may be necessary

Qualifications

12 years of experience working within the PEO market
Excellent people interaction and communication skills, positive attitude a must
Excellent problemsolving ability, detailoriented, excellent organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize duties, and work effectively in a fastpaced matrix environment.
Strong computer skills to include MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point
