This position offers you the opportunity to work together with others in an international context to fundamentally modernize and rebuild the work of HR departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible, together with a Junior HR Business Partner, for the entire HR portfolio at the location.
  • You will be the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters.
  • You will play an active role in the implementation of HR tools (including Success Factors, ESS, MSS).
  • You will ensure that the daily HR operations run smoothly.
  • You will be the contact person for the works council and all codetermination issues.
  • You will support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from contract to personal development and support to termination.
  • You will also be responsible for occupational health management.
  • You will actively support the transformation of the HR department from administration to stateoftheart HR.
  • You will also be involved in various postmerger topics.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in human resources or a comparable vocational training.
  • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • You have already worked as an HR professional in a production environment and are familiar with the specific requirements.
  • You have a broad, generalist HR background.
  • You have a high affinity for and knowledge of HR IT and tools (Workday, Success Factors, etc.).
  • You are familiar with working with works councils, codetermination issues
