    Job Summary:

    The Project manager will be responsible for identifying and leading high level strategic and change initiatives on a national scale. The role will focus on design, development, management of strategic projects, acquisitions and business integration. In collaboration with senior stakeholders, the manager will utilize their expertise in business transformation initiatives and change management to translate business objectives into metrics and actionable plans, ensuring this is aligned to overall corporate strategy. This is a remote role.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic input into business decisions (i.e. leveraging technology & tools, automation, transformation and training) as a trusted advisor to senior management while building consensus.
  • Identifies and formulates business innovation and strategic, large-scale business transformation initiatives which are aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Develops business cases and assessments of expected return on investment for new initiatives (i.e. related to technology, tools, training and automation) keeping the customer needs in focus.
  • Creates and tracks performance metrics and outcomes to evaluate success (what type of performance metrics and outcomes and for what topic).
  • Conducts analysis required to inform strategic recommendations and considers the big picture when assessing a course of action.
  • Manages large-scale, enterprise wide transformational changes based on key business imperatives driving change from a business, a process and people perspective, effectively creating a new behavior.
  • Builds and deploys change management and communications strategy related to business transformation initiatives.
  • Regularly monitors change processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the executive team.
  • Leads cross functional teams (through influence) in support of long-term strategic directives.
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in project management (PMP or other equivalent)
  • Commercial real estate or data or technology experience considered an asset.
  • Mergers, acquisitions and business integration experience considered an asset.
  • Consulting background or experience to provide advice, gain collaboration, facilitate project discussions and make effective recommendations.
  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels of organizational and multi-cultural environments.
